The Company
Nicosia Tower Apartments is a prestigious project inspired and created by General Constructions Company Ltd.

General Constructions Co. Ltd., better known in the building industry by its initials “GCC”, is a Company who has for over 60 years been a pioneer in the construction of quality Buildings and Civil Engineering works in Cyprus as well as overseas and is now proud to present the “NICOSIA TOWER APARTMENTS” project.

Nicosia Tower Apartments is a unique project.
The building stands on the corner of Salamis Avenue and Stasinos Avenue which runs parallel to the medieval walls of Nicosia and connects Famagusta Gate (the cultural centre of Nicosia on the East entrance of the walled City) with Eleftheria Square.

The  central location is  a  mere five minute walk to Famagusta Gate, or a fifteen minute walk to Ledras Street (the pedestrianised busy shopping center of the City) and to Makarios Avenue and Stassicratous Street, the new exclusive commercial area of Nicosia out of the walls.

The Project
Nicosia Tower Apartments is a landmark of the City of Nicosia.
Originally designed by Neoptolemos Michaelides, widely regarded as the father of twentieth-century architecture in Cyprus and whose work is greatly appreciated for its clarity and poetic simplicity coupled with an honest structural expression. 

The building was declared as a Listed Building of the modern movement and redesigned by Architects Ierides & Michael, guided by General Construction Company Ltd. to create a unique and elite piece of architecture.

On each of the eight floors there is one elegant apartment. You enter the apartment from the private north
lobby to the spacious living areas or to the service areas through a second entrance. Each apartment has a total space of approx. 220 m² with 3 bedrooms, luxury kitchen and spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and covered verandahs for the long summer evenings.  It is designed with the master bedroom along the east side of the plan with a walk- in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
The apartments will be furnished with signature sanitary fittings and exclusive kitchen cabinets.

The design of one apartment per floor offers an elite home, with a 360˚ unobstructed view   and an exceptional view of the walled City of Nicosia. 

Passive solar systems, double glazing, covered verandahs and mosaic shading offer real home comfort.  Advanced electronic lighting and sound systems are also part of the design.
On the higher ground floor there is one shop with auxiliary space at mezzanine level.
A second shop is located at lower ground level.
On this level there is also covered parking space for every apartment.
Spacious storage space is provided in the basement of the building.

The concrete structure of the building with wide spans and reinforced to the seismic demands, is another positive element of the project.
