The works consisted of the construction of Factory, Offices and associated external works.
The offices and factory building is a two-storey construction, consisting of a reinforced concrete frame and a steel frame roof with sheet panels. The outer walls are block infill while there is an inner metal wall partitioning system within the office area.
The building has full air-conditioning system and mechanical and electrical services. The external works involved an access road, a road network with parking, a Sewage Treatment Plant and associated landscaping works.
