This was a Build-Operate-Own Project and was constructed in Joint Venture between GCC Ltd. and CHAPO.  The building consists of 6,500 m² of office space, including electromechanical installations and external works.

The Architect of the Project was Alecos Gavrielides and the Building was handed over to the Water Development Department at the end of June 2008.
