The Service Families Accommodation Project for the Defence Estates at RAF Akrotiri, is a Joint Venture between 5 Cypriot Companies, namely Cybarco, Atlas Pantou, General Constructions Co., Iacovou Bros and Zemco.

It involves the demolition of 286 family quarters and construction of 269 new houses for Service families, including all M+E services and external works.
