The Project involved the Construction of 120 apartments including infrastructure comprising road works and underground services, sewage treatment plant etc., recreation facilities swimming pool and tennis court .

The Project was handed over to the Client  G. Hassapis & Sons Ltd & G. N. Hassapis Bros Ltd.  by GCC at the end of June 2008.
