The Project consisted of Printing Offices and Offices and external works in Pallouriotissa, Nicosia.

The building consists of reinforced concrete frame and a steel frame roof with sheet panels.  Blockwork and a wall partitioning system were used for the walling and there are full air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical and lift installations.  The external areas consist of an access road and parking area.

The Project was completed in 2006 for the Client J. Cassoulides & Son Ltd.
