The Project was  a Joint Venture between GCC Ltd. and  Iacovou Brothers (Constructions) Ltd. and consists of a composite construction of building comprising of 2 storey showroom, Market Hall and self serve areas, approximately 22,000  m2 and semi-basement and part ground floor Car Parking areas approximately 28,000 m2  

The composite construction of the building consists of both reinforced concrete structural frame and steel frame roof with sheet roof panels and elevation panels.

The building is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-tech mechanical and electrical installations.

The external works comprise of an access road and parking areas.

The Project was completed in just 11 months and was handed over to the Client – H.M. Housemarket (Cyprus) Ltd. in August 2007.
